There is a $100 deposit required to book any job.  If there are multiple properties on a single job order, then deposit would be $100 x the number of properties on order.  If a job is canceled before the scheduled start date, client is entitled to full refund of deposit.  All deposits are nonrefundable once a job has started. A pay link for deposit is embedded on the invoice sent to client shortly after a job quote has been accepted.
